b) Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by e-mail, your personal data from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. c) Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you. d) Privacy policy for the use of Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses so-called "cookies". The transmission of your online registration is encrypted according to the currently recognized state of the art. Data transmitted to us as part of an online registration will be used by us exclusively to process your registration and participation.

f) Duration for which the personal data will be stored

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the deadline has expired, the relevant data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.

g) Donations

We would like to point out that we are legally obliged to store your donation data (i.e. name, address, bank details and date and amount of the donation) for a period of 10 years. Gospel Mission e.V. collects and uses the personal data that you submit to us in order to register for an online donation. The transmission of the data is encrypted according to the current state of the art. We use the data you provide to process the donation, to issue you with a donation receipt, to answer your inquiries and to inform you about our work and current projects in writing or electronically, provided that you have given us your consent to do so.

t) Privacy Policy for the Use of Messenger Services

We communicate via messenger services. Messenger services are chat programs that can be used to send text messages, but also image or video files between users in real time over the Internet.
